Placement: A Key Focus Area at ISMR
ISMR gives high priority to placements. The institute has a dynamic Corporate Relations Management (CRM) team whose primary aim is to sharpen students’ skills, help them evaluate opportunities, and understand the decisions and knowledge needed to convert a job opportunity into a successful career step.
The CRM department manages:

Roles and Activities of the CRM Department
1. Industry Interface
- Organizing guest lectures and talks by industry leaders.
- Bringing corporate experts to campus to strengthen industry-academia interaction.
2. Soft Skills Training
- Conducting training programs aimed at transforming students into competent corporate professionals.
3. Career Counselling
- Guiding students in exploring career options.
- Helping them choose careers aligned with their interests, abilities, and experience.
4. Industrial Visits
- Arranging visits to industries so students can connect theoretical knowledge with real-time business functioning.
5. Internships
- Supporting students in securing national and international internship opportunities.
6. Final Placements
- The campus placement process for final jobs begins from 15th December onwards.
