Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which students can request a fee refund. It provides clear guidelines on eligibility, required documents, timelines, and the refund process to ensure transparency and smooth handling of all refund requests.

Refund Schedule

1.	Request received before the last date of CET Cell admission process.	Rs. 2000/- deducted as processing & admission counselling fees
2.	Request received after the last date of CET Cell admission process.	No Refund.

Important Notes

Refunds of fees will be processed on or after 15th December 2026.
For admission cancellation and refund requests, please send a detailed email to: admissions@ismrpune.edu.in
When submitting your request, ensure that you include the following:

Your exact name as per your bank account.
A scanned copy of your cancelled cheque / bank front page pass book.

Please note : Your refund/cancellation request will be accepted only until the last date specified by the CET Cell. After this deadline, no requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

Candidates with minimum 50% marks in graduation (45% for reserved categories) from any recognized university and with a valid score card in national-level entrance tests like with MAH-MBA CET/CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT are eligible to apply (all such exams shall be treated at par) enabling the candidate to appear for selection Process directly.

CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MH-CET, or any other equivalent and valid national-level entrance exam score are accepted.

The ISMR campus offers a modern, industry-oriented learning environment with classrooms, labs, seminar hall, library, recreational facilities, conference room etc.
