These Terms and Conditions form an essential part of the agreement between ISMR College, Pune and its students.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided in the Prospectus, brochures, and on the Institution’s website is accurate. ISMR will take all necessary steps to provide the educational services as described.

However, the curriculum and structure of individual programs are subject to continuous academic review and may change from time to time. Such changes may include modification in content, discontinuation, or replacement of certain courses or components.

In addition, unforeseen circumstances—such as industrial action, faculty changes, or resource limitations—may affect the Institution’s ability to deliver certain options previously mentioned. In such cases, programs or specializations may be offered only if a minimum level of student interest is achieved in any given year.

ISMR College reserves the right to:

* Discontinue or withdraw any program, curriculum, or facility.
* Make variations in the content, delivery method, or structure of any program.

If any program is discontinued, ISMR will take reasonable measures to minimize disruption to students and provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
